Exchange Policy

At VONNORI, your satisfaction means everything to us. To ensure every experience with us is as seamless as it is beautiful, we offer an exchange facility under the following terms.

Our Exchange Commitment

We do not offer exchanges as a general option — owing to the intimate nature of jewellery and our commitment to hygiene, all sales are considered final. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every piece we carry.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we want to make it right. Please photograph the product clearly and reach out to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. Our team will review your request and respond within two business days. If the fault is verified, your piece will be exchanged subject to stock availability.

To be eligible, the complaint must be raised and the product returned within 24 hours of receiving your order. No exceptions can be made beyond this window.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

Please record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video, from the moment you open the parcel to the full reveal of its contents. This video is your protection.

It is mandatory for all claims involving missing, damaged, or faulty items

Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be accepted

All claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your parcel — requests made after this period will not be entertained, and VONNORI cannot be held responsible

Conditions for Exchange

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Damaged or faulty items are eligible for exchange only when supported by unboxing video proof.
