Vonnori is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of VONNORI's platform and services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

VONNORI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About VONNORI

VONNORI is an online jewellery brand operating within Pakistan. We offer a curated collection of jewellery pieces available for purchase through our website and WhatsApp channel. All transactions, communications, and services are conducted in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that:

· You are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

· You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

· You are placing the order for personal or gifting purposes and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Products & Availability

All products listed on www.vonnori.com are subject to availability. VONNORI reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to differences in screen resolution, lighting conditions, and photography. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for an exchange or refund.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, our team will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or cancellation.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. VONNORI reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Promotional pricing, discounts, and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through the following channels:

Online via www.vonnori.com by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. Via WhatsApp at +92 310 431 5597, with the assistance of our Customer Service team, available Monday to Saturday, 11am – 7pm (except public holidays).

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. It does not constitute a confirmed sale until our team has verified availability and completed the confirmation call with you.

7. Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, our team will verify product availability and contact you via a confirmation call. During this call, you may reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order. Once reconfirmed, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your unique reference number. This reference number serves as your proof of purchase and must be retained for all future correspondence, tracking, and claims.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order during the confirmation call, prior to payment being made. Once payment has been received and the order has been dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.

If you have made an advance payment, your order cannot be cancelled. However, modifications may still be accommodated subject to product availability. Please contact us immediately at +92 310 431 5597 if you wish to make any changes.

9. Payment Terms

VONNORI operates on a structured payment basis as follows:

Standard Payment Option: A 15% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable via Cash on Delivery upon receipt. Payment can be made through bank transfer or any accepted online payment method — details will be shared by our team upon confirmation.

Full Advance Payment Option: Customers who choose to pay 100% of the order value in advance will receive an exclusive 6% discount on their total order. This option eliminates any outstanding balance at the time of delivery.

All payments must be made through the channels approved and communicated by VONNORI. The Company shall not be held responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals. If you are ever in doubt about payment details, please verify directly with our Customer Service team before proceeding.

10. Delivery & Shipping

VONNORI offers complimentary shipping on all online orders across Pakistan. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to your location and courier operations.

In cases where an item is temporarily out of stock and requires import or restocking, delivery timelines may extend to 5–8 business days beyond the standard window. Our team will notify you of any such delays promptly.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. VONNORI shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, road closures, or courier disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. VONNORI cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

11. Receiving Your Order

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video beginning from the moment the sealed parcel is received through to the full reveal of its contents. This video is mandatory for processing any claims relating to missing, damaged, or faulty items.

Once a sealed package has been opened in the courier's presence, it cannot be returned to the courier. Customers are advised to inspect the parcel carefully before opening.

12. Refused & Uncollected Orders

If an order is refused at the point of delivery or left uncollected, it will be returned to VONNORI. In such cases, the 15% advance payment will not be refunded, and the customer may be restricted from placing future online orders with VONNORI. We kindly request that customers only place orders they genuinely intend to receive.

13. Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items and one or more are temporarily unavailable, those items may be dispatched separately upon restocking. You will be informed in advance, and each shipment will carry its own tracking information.

14. Exchange Policy

VONNORI does not offer exchanges as a standard option. All sales are considered final, owing to the intimate and hygienic nature of jewellery.

An exchange will only be considered in the event that a product arrives faulty or damaged. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

·         The claim must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

·         The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

·         A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.

·         Clear photographs of the fault or damage must be submitted alongside your reference number.

Claims that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be entertained. Exchanges are not offered on the basis of a change of preference, incorrect size expectations, or minor cosmetic variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

15. Refund Policy

VONNORI maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, delayed delivery due to force majeure, or minor product appearance variations.

In cases where an incorrect item has been delivered, VONNORI will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost. This does not constitute a refund.

16. Intellectual Property

All content published on www.vonnori.com — including but not limited to product photographs, descriptions, logos, brand name, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of VONNORI. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of VONNORI.

Unauthorized use of VONNORI's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

17. Customer Conduct

By using our services, you agree to engage with VONNORI and its team in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order. Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward our team. Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse our policies in bad faith. Place orders with no genuine intent to receive or pay for them.

VONNORI reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any customer found to be acting in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VONNORI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

VONNORI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, courier failures, or third-party service disruptions.

19. Privacy & Data

VONNORI collects and uses customer information — including name, contact details, and delivery address — solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, and for communicating with customers regarding their purchases. We do not sell, share, or disclose customer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above. VONNORI is committed to handling all customer data with discretion, care, and in compliance with applicable privacy standards.

20. Third-Party Services

VONNORI may engage third-party courier and logistics partners to fulfill deliveries. While we make every effort to work with reliable service providers, VONNORI cannot be held responsible for the conduct, delays, or errors of third-party partners once an order has been dispatched.

21. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from transactions with VONNORI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
