How to Place Your Order: You can shop with us in two easy ways:

● WhatsApp: Reach our Customer Service team at +92 310 431 5597 (Monday to Saturday, 11am – 7pm) and our agents will be delighted to assist you personally.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will verify product availability and reach out with a confirmation call. At this point, you are welcome to reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order. Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your unique reference number — please keep this handy for tracking or any future correspondence.
Order Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order at any point before it has been confirmed and dispatched. Once a cancellation request is received, our team will process it promptly. Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, and our standard receiving and exchange procedures will apply in such cases.
Payment:
VONNORI operates on a structured payment basis to ensure every order is confirmed, prioritized, and dispatched without delay.
Standard Payment Option: A 15% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable via Cash on Delivery upon receipt. Payment can be made through bank transfer or any accepted online payment method — details will be shared by our team upon confirmation.
Full Advance Payment Option: Customers who choose to pay 100% of the order value in advance via any accepted online payment method will receive an exclusive 6% discount on their total order. This option offers added convenience by eliminating any outstanding balance at delivery while rewarding customers for their trust and commitment.
Regardless of the chosen payment method, all orders are handled with equal care and dispatched promptly upon confirmation.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, road closures, courier disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our team will keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you at the earliest possible opportunity.
Please also note that dispatch and delivery may be delayed on national and public holidays. Our team will communicate any such delays in advance wherever possible.
Out-of-Stock & Import Delay Notice: In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock and subject to an import or restocking process, delivery timelines may be extended. In such cases, the estimated delivery period may increase to 5–8 business days beyond the standard timeframe. Our team will proactively notify you of any such delays at the earliest and provide regular updates until your order is successfully fulfilled and dispatched.

Orders with Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items and one or more pieces are temporarily unavailable, those items may be dispatched separately once back in stock. In such cases, you will be notified in advance, and each shipment will be tracked independently to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment of your order.
Delivery Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing their order. VONNORI shall not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information. Should you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately before dispatch via WhatsApp at +92 310 431 5597.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt — this protects your claim in the event of any concern.
Once the sealed package has been opened in the courier's presence, the courier will not be able to take it back. If an order is refused or left uncollected, it will be returned to VONNORI — and the customer may no longer be eligible for online shopping with us.
